It was a similar story at Donington for the European Grand Prix. Senna demoralized everyone with his uncanny driving ability on a consistently damp circuit. Prost meanwhile, spent more time in the pits changing tires than he did on the racetrack. He eventually finished third - a lap behind Senna. When Prost expressed his disenchantment concerning his car's handling during the post-race press conference, Senna quipped, 'Maybe we should swap cars?'
